Cell-to-BMS Connection Structure

Prismatic aluminum-shell cells with busbars. BMS protection board directly welded to cell tabs by ultrasonic/laser welding. Connector-free and screw-free connection for short sampling and conductive paths.

Waterproof & Sealing Design

Full potting of anti-corrosion sealant for gaps at metal terminal post roots of housing cavity, blocking moisture, dust, acid and alkaline mist. Complete unit IP67 rated, supporting short-time immersion and all-weather open-air outdoor use.
